ACG Arenas is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services. Please read this policy carefully.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information — username, password (encrypted), membership tier, preferences
• Financial information — billing address, payment method details (processed securely via third-party processors — we do not store card numbers)
• Investment information — accreditation status, investment history, documents

• Communications — messages you send us, support requests, feedback

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you accept them. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, none of the tools below run at all.

If you accept, we use two third-party services:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they arrived. It sets cookies that last up to 400 days.
• Microsoft Clarity — records how visitors interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and session replay, so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity is a Microsoft product and also sets Microsoft advertising identifiers, including one on bing.com that lasts up to 390 days. Microsoft may use that identifier to recognise you across other websites. Their practices are described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Every form field on this site is marked so that session replay cannot capture what you type into it. This site does not take payments, and no card details are entered here.

You can change your answer at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an instruction to opt out. Analytics and advertising tools are not loaded, you are not asked again, and you do not need to do anything else.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. You should know, however, that Texas law defines a “sale” broadly enough to include sharing data with an advertising network for other valuable consideration. If you accept cookies, Microsoft Clarity shares device and browsing data with Microsoft, which may use it for advertising. We therefore treat that as targeted advertising you can opt out of, rather than claiming it is not covered.

Declining cookies, using the Cookie Settings link, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal all stop it.

Beyond that, we may share your information with:

• Analytics and site-measurement providers, currently Google and Microsoft, as described above
• Service providers who assist in operating our website and services (subject to confidentiality agreements)
• Financial and legal professionals involved in investment transactions
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law
• Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Investment-related records may be retained for up to seven years in accordance with applicable securities regulations.

Your Rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data, and give you access to it
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your personal data, subject to legal limitations
• Provide a portable copy of the data you gave us, in a usable format
• Opt you out of targeted advertising, of any sale of your personal data, and of profiling used to make significant decisions about you
• Stop sending you marketing communications

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days. If a request is genuinely complex we may take one further 45 days, and we will tell you before we do.

Texas residents

ACG Arenas is being built in McKinney, Texas, and the rights above are the ones the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you. Two things that Act requires us to spell out:

• You can appeal. If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the word “appeal”. We will respond in writing within 60 days and explain our reasoning.
• You can complain to the state. If we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

We do not sell sensitive personal data or biometric data, and we do not use your data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
